2. For assessing your suitability with our products/services offered;
3. For environmental data collection, analysis and predictive suggestions, so that we can further develop our products and services to better suit you;
4. Location data for to facilitate the services provided by us, for delivery, maintenance operations, and;
5. For billing purposes.

2.  What Are The Personal Data That We Collect

PULSY will collect personal Information from you when you register with us, when you use services or use the website and mobile application, including but limited to your name, address, telephone number, NRIC/passport no., email address and payment details. 

The data collected will enable us to: 

1. Identify you or your business (e.g. full name, email ID, company name, company address, company registration number);
2. Keep in contact with you (e.g. address, contact numbers);
3. Location data to assess your proximity to our sensor;
4. Your mobile phone storage to store your data temporarily;
5. Payment details to facilitate our services subscription.

3.  With Whom Do We Share Your Data?

Subject to compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, your personal data will be shared : 

1. Within the PULSY group of companies; 
2. With law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies if ordered to do so; 
3. With third parties who provide services to us. These third parties will also observe our high standards of data privacy protection. 

Please be assured that we do not engage in the sales of your personal data to any third party without your consent. 

4.  Where Do We Collect Your Data From?

Your personal data with us is obtained directly from you during user onboarding and from the daily usage of our devices and services. These include: 

1. Information provided by you or your company during user onboarding and payments for services;  
2. Location data and sensor data collected from our IoT devices placed in your premises. 

5.  How Do We Safeguard Your Personal Data?

Your personal data protection is out utmost priority during data collection, storage and analysis. We have set up internal guidelines that is constantly being updated to keep up with the growing parameters of data being collected on a daily basis, which are to be complied with by all our staff and service providers. 

6.  What Are your Rights, As The Provider Of Your Data To Us?

As the owner of your personal data, you can request access to your data collected and also request to amend such data if you believe that the personal data we have about you is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or outdated. However, there may be a cost involved, depending on the nature of the data requested. Please be informed that if you choose to withdraw your consent for data collection, it may affect the products/services that we can extend to you.

We will be updating Privacy Statement as our services grow and as more guidelines are available.
